Costco Business Delivery is Costco’s dedicated bulk-delivery service for businesses. It is operated through Costco Business Centers and the website CostcoBusinessDelivery.com. It is designed so restaurants, offices, hotels, retailers, and other commercial customers can restock without visiting a warehouse.

What it is

Costco Business Centers carry a different mix than a regular Costco warehouse—often larger pack sizes, food-service items, janitorial supplies, office products, beverages, and other high-volume goods. Many items are not sold in standard warehouses.

You order online and Costco delivers on its own trucks to a commercially zoned business address. Same-day grocery-style delivery is a separate option powered by Instacart.

How it works (U.S.)

• A valid U.S. Costco membership is required.
• Set your delivery ZIP code on CostcoBusinessDelivery.com and shop.
• Order by 3 p.m. Monday–Friday for next-business-day delivery in eligible metro areas. You can also schedule a date up to about a week out.
• There is no minimum order. Orders under $250 (before tax, after Instant Savings) incur a $25 delivery surcharge.
• Delivery is typically made Monday–Friday during business hours (roughly 7 a.m.–4 p.m.).
• Same-day delivery (Instacart) has a $35 minimum and can go to home or business addresses where available.

Delivery rules

Costco generally delivers only to businesses in commercial zones, not most home-based businesses in residential areas. The site must be accessible for hand trucks and pallet jacks (typically at least 5 feet wide), with elevator access in multi-story buildings. Drivers drop to one central location. They do not carry items up or down stairs, stock shelves, or rotate inventory. The customer is responsible for moving goods from the truck to the final storage spot.

Coverage is limited to select U.S. metro areas (for example Los Angeles, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Seattle, Phoenix, Atlanta, and others). Availability is determined by ZIP code.

Other options

• Warehouse pickup at some Business Centers (rules and minimums differ by location).
• Volume / pallet / truckload orders through a Business Center sales representative, including possible direct-from-supplier shipments.

Note on other countries

Similar “Business Delivery” programs exist in other Costco markets (including Korea, the UK, and Australia), but fees, minimums, lead times, and return rules are local. In Korea, for example, delivery is typically 2–3 business days, the listed price usually includes delivery, customers unload the truck themselves, and change-of-mind returns are restricted.
